Available to boys in Grades K-8.

The Portage Boys Hoops Club offers youth basketball for Grades K-8. Registration is open for Grades K-3.  Click here to take you to the registration page.  If you haven't created an account yet, you will need to do that prior to registering the athlete.  
Waivers are agreements in the online registration process.

INFO ON 25-26 PBHC YOUTH BASKETBALL

25-26 Season Registration (Grades K-3): Registration is NOW OPEN

Registration is CLOSED for Grades 4-8.

• Parents & players are required to pay all fees, complete registration and all waivers by the registration deadline.

General Season Info: Grades 3-8

Weekly Team Practice

• Conducted by PBHC Youth Coaches

• Team practice will be held during the week and weekends when not playing

• Practice schedules will be posted by the end of October on grade level team pages

• Skills and Drills will be emphasized, progressing to "intra-squad" team play

• Practice will start in November

  • Grades 4-8 practice will start November 9th

Weekend 

• ​Grades 4-8 will play in the BDL; tournaments 1-2 weekends a month

• Grade 3 will have a few games and/or tournaments

• Season runs from mid-November to March

• Tournament schedules will be posted in November

• Practice schedules will be posted by the end of October

General Season Info: Grades K-3
 

The K-2 program will focus on building fundamentals like dribbling, passing, shooting, working on teammate skills while having fun and loving the game!

PBHC K-3 Session

• Conducted by PBHC Youth Coaches​

• Skills and Drills will be emphasized, progressing to "intra-squad" team play

• 4 sessions in January/February
